Three Boys & an Old Lady

This blogging mama loves finding new things and spreading the word about fab finds

I have been a fan of the Baby Prodigy line of products since Los Tres Amigos were babies and was so excited for the opportunity to review the latest additions to the Baby Prodigy family:  30 Minutes to a Quiet Baby, Baby’s First Words and Baby Pre-School.

Those of you familiar with Baby Prodigy have no doubt witnessed your little one bounce with excitement the moment the music starts and Dookie Duck and Dottie Duck appear on the screen.  The latest Baby Prodigy DVDs will make a wonderful addition to your little one’s DVD collection.

30 Minutes to a Quiet Baby is a wonderful introduction to the Baby Prodigy line.  This DVD works to soothe even the fussiest baby.
The DVD is appropriate for little ones 3 months and up and uses soothing melodies and smooth video transitions to quiet even the fussiest little one.

Baby’s First Words 1 reinforces basic speech patterns and as a parent of a child who has endured speech therapy I found the enunciation practice to be a viable tool in reinforcing skills my child learned during his therapy sessions.  The DVD uses live action puppetry and vivid animation to reinforce basic speech and spelling to help in vocabulary development.
Baby Pre-School is marketed for toddlers 1 – up.  The DVD engages little ones and reinforces age appropriate learning skills through a series of interactive games and stories.  Trust me, you may find your little one singing the songs long after the video ends.

I love Baby Prodigy DVDs because they are a valuable first learning tool.  The use of friendly characters, bold colors, bright music seem to mesmerize even the youngest viewer.  Although each video title indicates a specific age group, I found each video to be appropriate for little ones of all ages.

Buy It:  Baby Prodigy DVDs may be purchased by visiting the Baby Prodigy website or visiting your local Toys R’ Us store.  That’s right, Toys R’ Us is the latest vendor to carry these remarkable videos for only $12.99.
